We ship to all USA States and internationl. You must receive a quote BEFORE shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any International destination. Free shipping when posted on the website and in the shopping cart DOES NOT INCLUDE....Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations.
Returns are accepted on all new, uninstalled and unused products.
There are no items that will be processed after 30 days.
Each return must obtain a return authorization number (RA) before it can be processed.The RA # must be clearly present otherwise your package will be refused.
DBC will only refund actual shipping costs on all mis-shipped or damaged/defective merchandise. The customer is responsible for keeping a record of shipment until a credit, refund, or replacement item has been received.
At our discretion, a 25% restocking fee may be charged on returned items.

Most orders are shipped using FED EX unless otherwise indicated. All orders shipped via FED EX have tracking information provided. Your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for delivery of FED EX ground orders.
INSURANCE: We will automatically insure all packages. This protects the customer in the event a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. DBC will be responsible for handling all insurance claims, but keep in mind the shipping company pays all claims and may take up to 120 days to process refunds.
IN-STORE PICKUP: We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
RETURNS: You can either bring it to our store or ship it back at buyers expense. Ship returns via Ground UPS/Fed Ex or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee: 25%. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If a package arrives damaged please contact DBC immediately to start a claim with the shipping company and you must also call the shipping company or note it on the item or with the driver. Keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. All damage claims are paid by the shipping company and not by DBC. Refunds may take up to 180 days.
WARRANTY: All products are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. Warranty usually covers defects only and not damage or abuse. All warranty claims will be assessed based on the manufacturer's guidelines (No exceptions). Warranty does not include shipping costs or labor incurred. Call with any questions.
